extremely poor quality

i bought a dining room suit at Cornubia and within less than a month the chair broke while i was sitting on it. I returned it as it didn’t make sense to me how would a chair break when its has been used for less than 5 times m sure. I than got a quotation stating i need to pay for the repairs (which is nonsense) as it is not a factory fault. I took it upon myself to check each and every single chair i bought only to find that most of these chair have cracks which explains why that chair broke so early and now i am held liable for such. I refuse to pay for the repairs and request that all the demaged chairs are replaced. i just cant believe yourl sell such poor quality and regret the day i purchased from rochester.
