Extremely poor customer service!

Extremely poor customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a TV stand online, it was supposed to be delivered on the 20th December! Up until now we have still not received the TV stand!! When I tracked my order this morning, the status changed to " with customer" but I never received my order! Worst part about this is, this item i went into store to purchase, the sales consultant just turned me away and said I must order it online cause its not available in store, after ordering the item online, delivery was supposed to happen on the 20th December, I called your clearwater branch only to be told ma'am we have got nothing to do with online and can't assist, then I phoned back 1 hour later and spoke to Justin, he was very helpful and he told me all the necessary information I needed to know which the 1st consultant could not do! He just turned me away, where is the after service customer service? Please train your staff accordingly!!! This is the first time I ordered from you guys and it will certainly be the last! Due to poor customer service.
