Extremely poor customer service

The Customer service of this Furniture company is shocking. I bought a new couch from them and realized that the springs are faulty and making a noise. I laid a complaint in the first few days after receiving the couch. It took a month for them to collect the couch from me after the complaint was made. They then tried to fix the faulty springs and damaged the couch in the process. They wanted to return the couch to me in that condition. There is no feedback from them and I have been sending numerous emails and making a lot of phone calls to try and get a solution. It has been going on for months. I would definitely never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.
