Extremely appalling service

I bought couches & paid it off on Monday, 25/11/19 at Rochester Mall@Reds. Around 7pm I received a call from *** informing me that delivery would be made on Wednesday, 27/11/19 & that I would receive a call an hour prior to delivery.

I did not go to work on Wednesday anticipating to receive the order. To say I'm disappointed not to have received it by Saturday 30/11/19 is an understatement, basically I can't make other commitments, been kept captive ever since.

I have lost my patience, if nothing happens by Monday, will escalate the issue or cancel the transaction. Bought couches to enjoy, didn't mean to invite unnecessary stress inconvenience!!!
