Expected more.

<p>Dear Sir/Mam</p> <p> </p> <p>After purchasing a 40k(cash) lounge suite i expected better.</p> <p> </p> <p>A month after purchasing the leather suite, some potato crisps were spilled on a cushion which i thought would be fine. To my surprise, it left a stain. Attempted to clean it 3 times the stain is still there.</p> <p> </p> <p>So we contacted rochester in Mall@reds, they told us that should not stain and that the couch was not treated...</p> <p>40k and I get a half finished product? Anyway it doesnt end there...</p> <p> </p> <p>About 1 - 2 weeks later the 3rd party who provides the treatment came to our place to do it. Great I thought, replace the stained cushion and treat the suite. After repeatedly saying the the third party we have an infant 18 months old in the house and dont want to expose him to chemicals.</p> <p> </p> <p>SURPRISE, they treated the furniture inside my house. So I now have a house that stinks of chemicals, while writing this it feels as if I am getting high.</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess what it carries on....</p> <p> </p> <p>I then wanted to do this via the proper channels sent this email to their complaints line, it has been a week now without a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not good enough, I expected better from a large corperate like yourself. I hope someone reads this and it prevents them from going through this entire process</p> <p> </p> <p>To surmise I have an awesome lounge suite.</p> <p>That was not treated, so half a product delivered.</p> <p>One cushion being replaced.</p> <p>House that my son cannot play in and has to leave the area for the night. All because the furniture was not treated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could action be taken over this I dont think that this is fair on me or my family.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for taking the time to read this message.</p>
