Exceptional Service

<p> </p> <p>I would just like to thank Cathrine for the exceptional service I received when I visited Rochester Clearwater earlier this year. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by her and was attended to in excellent fashion (including in her follow ups). Her attitude was truly exemplary. This is the type of employee Rochester should promote and look after, because they are a rarity, and if not, other retailers will. I hope this report goes up as far as possible in the Rochester management structure, because this experience was phenomenal.
