Exceptional poor service from Rochester in The Grove

Poorest service ever from Rochester The Grove. The lady employees are not competent and should not be working in any retail environment. I doubt if they even had any formal training. They also tell you a bunch of lies when they sell the furniture. When you buy the set they will tell you that if you have a problem they will send out someone to assess the problem and then decide on a way forward. This is not true as there is no service like that, instead they insist (as part of their procedure) photographs, which in our case did not express the problem. Forget to try and convince these ladies about this!! In general the quality of Rochester's furniture is not what is expected from a so called reputable store!! It is now two weeks since my ordeal started. They did manage to pick up the furniture a week ago, however you have to phone from Peter to Paul to know what is going on. Again no after sales service from the store!
