Example of total uselessness

<p>About 2 years ago I bought Expensive leather couches . After short time I place complaint about poor quality of the product .After few emails to Rochester nothing was done , only after Letter to <br />“hellopeter” the well start moving .Again few letters to hellopeter and eventually I was assisted .<br />Unfortunately 3 weeks ago I had to report another fault with the product .Staff in Rustenburg store assisted me very professional way and insured me that in 4 days I will received claim number .<br />After 10 days of waiting , back to the store ,friendly personnel phone someone in was informed that on this day I will received that number .Week later I wrote on rochester side , nothing happened .<br />Is there any one in this “company”,except store personnel ,how care about the costumer .</p>
