Don't recommend Rochester at all!

If I could rate 0 stars or even -10 stars, I would!

Interior Designer - FIY: Worst customer service we have ever come across in all our years in the industry.. On the 29th of June we ordered a dining room table on Rochester's online portal, only to receive a damaged table top on site which is of solid wood that has been damaged and patched up, AND the worst customer service I have ever seen. My colleagues and I have been phoning, emailing and contacting Rochester trying to get this problem sorted for the last 2 months. We have sent various emails containing images of the damaged table, and each time they refer us to another staff member who again does not assist with the problem. We have spoken to many staff members as well as 2 managers and still our client has a damaged table top. We have not had any good experience whatsoever. We will not be supporting Rochester again.
