Where do I start. This has been a absolute nightmare. DONT EVER BUY FROM ROCHESTER. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Bought a Seattle 4 piece and have had endless trouble since February 2024 . 3 months after our purchase had problems. Now they won't repair replace even though their own staff have said there is a problem with lounge suite. And they admit they have had the same complaint with the Seattle Lounge suite. So admit they have a problem but won't fix or replace item. I am going to leave my number on this site. If you want to do something about your complaint let's get everything together and either get Carte Blanche involved or I will source an attorney to take this a group complaint. ***. We don't have to stand for this inadequate service.
