DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE , STONERIGE BRANCH HAS TO BE THE WORST .

I should've checked the reviews before making a purchase at this circus of store filled with rude and condescending employees . So we went to the Stoneridge branch to purchase a desk , first we were told we need to pay an additional fee for delivery which is completely absurd because we went to the store and would've been able to take the item with us right there and there . Anyway they ended up not having stock so we opted to pick it up at one of their warehouses in Jetpark where we met with just disgusting service . The guys were so rude and basically did nothing ! . Firstly the sales person from the store ( STONERIDGE ) had completed the pick up document incorrectly and now we had to wait for that to be sorted . Secondly the desk which we paid for at the store and were assured that the warehouse would have stock was basically sold out ! . The manager at the warehouse was so rude telling us we should've picked up the desk the very same day from the warehouse . If a purchase has already been made are you not supposed to reserve the item that the customer has bought and paid for !!??? . I am livid ! . I would not recommend ROCHESTER AT ALL . We are now awaiting a refund . I hope they go broke and close down .
