Dont buy anything at Rochester

Paid for a couch on the 4th of August At the east gate branch and they delivered pieces that dont match, they have been lying ever since that they would bring me the correct couch, when i call and request the sales person, shes always on leave and so goes for the store manager, 3 weeks later im still sitting with a couch that has pieces that dont align. When i requested my money they told me about a 7 day procedure, i asked them to show me a procedure that says they can give customers bad service. Dont ever buy anything at Rochester, i find them so disgusting. Their sales reps are so disrespectful
