Do you not want my business???

2 weeks ago, TWO WEEKS AGO! I app**** at Rochester Centurion Mall for a Copenhagen Daybed Grey couch. I received an email after handing in my required documents, that I just need to come sign. I get to the store and what I thought would be a quick and easy process, turned into me spending 2 and a half hours in the store, struggling to get my application through. Rochester received all my documents, fingerprints and an OTP from my phone, just to be called and told the authentication didn't go through, I need to do it again. But the system tells the consultant that the authentication has already been passed and can't be done again. The consultant tells me that he'd sort it out with head office. 2 business days later, I call the store, I'm told my application isn't approved or declined and that it's STILL BEING WORKED ON. Then I'm told someone will call me back, this of course didn't happen. I'm moving in a week and in urgent need of furniture!!! Do you not want my business!??? As your level of service clearly shows just exactly that!
