SUBSTANDARD POOR QUALITY FURNITURE I purchased an Angelo Daybed couch 08 December 2020 and 25 months later the stitches are tearing. Rochester Furniture now wants me to pay for the repair being 1 month out of warranty, is Rochester saying that the quality of couches last only a mere 2 years.

INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been spending 3 weeks trying to deal with the manager at Clearwater with no joy and then log a formal complaint with Rochester head office 25 January 2023 detailing my experience with no joy or a simple acknowledgement from Rochester

We spend tens of thousands of rands to receive poor quality and even worst service.

Save yourself in the long run do not purchase from Rochester furniture.
