Do not buy the Paradise suite from them

We bought a lounge suite and had it delivered on the 20th November 2023. 8 days later we saw that the one leg had broken and the seat cushions were starting to sag. We immediately informed the Ferndale on Republic branch, and to date - they are refusing to replace it and deliver a new suite at the same time. They arrived here to take it, but that would have meant we are without a set for however long. Their manager Patrick is as useless as a soggy brick - he never calls back when he says he will and when asked who his manager is, he said Fahima is in a meeting and can't deal with the issue. Lovely customer service.

Never ever ever again will I even buy a scatter cushion from them.
