DO NOT BUY FROM ROCHESTER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This company deserves a minus 5 (-5) star rating. The worst out of all the home furnisher store groups in South Africa, and I have bought from the majority in my life. What makes them bad is not just the staff and store manager, like the ones at The Grove Mall in Pretoria, but also the staff that work at their head office and their holding group who also does not care about customers or given a basic customer service. This company will take your money and in 1 month, you will not see a product that you purchased. You can also do ANYTHING that you like to get service out of them and it will all be in vain because they simply could not care less for you or for what you paid for and are waiting for.
