Do not buy from Rochester wonderpark!!!!

I bought 2 couches (2 and 4 seaters) from Rochester wonderpark 2 weeks ago and the sales person assisting me was Zanele. It was a Sunday and the couches got delivered the following Monday. Upon delivery I noticed that fhere isn't enough space in my apartment to accommodate the 2 seater couch so I called the store and told them I wanted to return it. The store manager by the name of Thabang said I should return the couch to the store. I refused since it was delivered by them and any damages that couch happen to the couch would be at my expense. He further advised me to sell the couch on my side which I also refused because I spend R19 995.00 for both couches. I called the sales person Zanele to ask her what are the following steps since I wanted to replace the couch with and occasional chair and be refunded the difference. She ignored my texts and I called the store and they transferred me back to her, she kept on sending me back and forth saying she'd call me of which she didn't. 2 weeks later she's ignoring my texts and nobody and when I call the store they are telling me she's on suck leave and they'll call me back of which they don't. They took my money and now they are quiet.
