Do not buy from Rochester Fourways Crossings

Rochester Fourways Crossing is very unprofessional. I ordered a TV Stand and was told that there is stock and I was promised that the delivery company will contact me the following day to confirm delivery.

I never received the call. 4days went by and I went back to the store and when I got there, I was told that there is no stock and I will get a refund which takes 7 to 10 working days. I received half of my refund after 8working days and till today I am waiting for my other half. I have been calling and sending emails and I get no responses. I just want my money back
