Dissatisfied with supposedly leather loungesuite
Asked for a contact number for the regional manager was only provided an email address which i feel is not enough to report my problem for a lounge suite which suppose to be leather that costed over R20k and gone in for repairs second time around after me advising i did not want this loungesuite as i can see it is going to be an ongoing problem! And they can never answer their phones on time ypu got to keep calling in let alobe respond to emails...How does leather literally peel FEDUP is an understatement!!! I want to speak to somebody to get action taken as email systems go unheard
