Dissatisfied with Rochester Wonderpark

I am writing this review with a heavy heart. I have been a customer for Rochester - I buy my couches there. I bought a Plasma TV stand at Rochester Wonderpark on the first week of October. They delivered a stand with a factory fault and a visible dent- I refused to sign for it , requesting an exchange. Indeed, the delivery people contacted the office and I was assured that a stand in good condition will be delivered the following day in the morning. After a week I received a promising call from the head office assuring me that they are working on my case and my stand will be delivered soon. What frustrates me is that I need to keep calling and following up on the sales person because they do not see a reason to provide me with a feedback. It’s December now, what hurt the most is the lack of communication or atleast information about whatever they have decided. Please help otherwise I feel like I will not be paying the full amount for a stand with dents and factory fault.
