Dissatisfied with Rochester Baywest

I bought a new couch and after only 6 days it had already had loose stiches and bend at the side. I report the issue, but it took ages for them to attend the issue.

The couch was eventually collected, but I’ve now been without a couch for over 20days. They sell poor-quality furniture, then leave customers inconvenienced with no temporary solution while they sort out their mistake. Why should I pay for a brand-new couch, receive faulty goods, and then be expected to sit on the floor because of their quality ?

Overall, the customer service has been shocking and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid Rochester cause why would I pay R35000 for a couch that will be fixed in a month’s time.
