Dissatisfied and worst service ever

I know bad service, but Rochester is by far theee worst ever. Their online store is unbelievably horrible, I ordered a bed a week ago and when I call to enquire nobody picks up the phone. Their physical stores always say they have no excess to their online orders and no one can help. Absolutely dissatisfied
