Dishonest! Non-existent after sales service.

Completely dishonest! Bought a couch off the shop floor because there was apparently no other stock in the country. Service was exceptional until they got my money. Was guaranteed the couch was "as good as new". Collected and moved the couch myself. A few days later noticed 2 significant manufacturing faults in the couch. Notified Rochester immediately and they promised to repair the couch - despite that it was new and should actually be replaced. Now a month later - only promises I get are "it's been escalated", "I will get you a reference number" etc, etc. No real assistance regarding my complaint. Wish I hasn't bought from hem as they are completely dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
