Disgusting service

Bought a Defy washing machine at Richester Atterbury in Pretoria 6 Monthe ago, there are issues with the machine I lodged a complaint more than two months ago even today I have bee waiting for the to send a technician to fix the machine .The guy called Andile sent me proof that he lodged my quiery but even today no one came. Themachine is still under warranty
