Disgusting customer service from Rochester Cornubia

The Rochester cornubia branch does not even deserve a 1 star rating that's how disgusting their custom service is. Spar the sales consultant is only interested in making a sale, he does not care about a customers concerns once he makes his commission on an item. As for the manager Lisa, she is not fit to be called a manager Cos every time I called in to speak to her she avoided my call and never returned my call. There was always an excuse that she was unavailable. I could hear her refusing to take the call. I Purchased a Sealy bed from this company and not even a week later the 2 sides of the bed had sunken in. I contacted spar to let him know and I sent him pictures and videos, he advised he had logged a complaint. Few days later messaged for feedback and was told the complaint was submitted. Still did not get feedback regarding the bed, I had to contact the complaints department only to find out that the complaint wasn't actually logged. Every time I contact the store nobody can give me answers and spar and Lisa avoid my call. Eventually contacted the HO as I was getting nowhere with the store. They logged the complaint and I was told the store will contact me to arrange for the mattress to be replaced. I called the store one last time as I was told to contact them to make arrangements but still I have gotten nowhere with them as they are saying it hasn't reflected on their side. It will be going on 3 weeks now and I have still not been assisted. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Highly disappointed!
