Disgusting after service

Infect is 0star, bought a couch service perfect from store level, unfortunately couch was faulty struggled to get it to be collected and repaired finally they came after hustles and stores trying collected on the 1st of Sept 2020, till now I haven’t received a call from any of Rotchester to tell me anything about my couch only me calling and all I get is excuses and promises to call and now I’m promised 3times that they deliver and I either skip work or arrange my day off and guess what no delivery and no call to say we sorry nor we will deliver in such a day till me who bought the couch cash call them to hear what went wrong and no respond nor apologies, called head office and still no help. Rotchester I’m so disappointed in you
