Disgusted of the poor service!!!

1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience*

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Rochester Home Deco's service. I ordered a stand online , but due to an incorrect phone number on my order, I had to contact them multiple times to rectify the issue, they said it was sorted.Despite confirming with sales consultants that my stand would be delivered on Monday, the tracking info showed the driver was on the way. However, when I called to confirm, I was told it would be delivered on October 21st, over three weeks after my October 1st order.

The lack of communication and inconsistent information is unacceptable. I'm utterly disgusted with their poor service and wouldn't recommend Rochester Home Deco to anyone. The experience has been disappointing and frustrating, and I expect better from a company.
