Disgusted

I would never, ever, in a million years, even under threat of torture, suggest buying furniture from Rochester. From day freaking one, it's been one damn nightmare after another with the garbage they peddle. The freaking couches we got from them? Don't even get me started! Leather riddled with imperfections, and those squishy side armrests? Absolute ****! It took them an eternity of back and forth to even consider replacing it, as if my time wasn't worth a single penny of the insane amount I paid for those supposed "high-quality" couches. Fast forward to now, a year and a couple of months later, after lugging those pieces of junk across borders when we freaking immigrated, and guess what? They're falling apart faster than a house of cards in a hurricane! Deformed cushions, squeaky armrests like they're possessed by demons, and loose wood panels like they were built by a blindfolded toddler. And no, it's not because of the move; it's because these so-called "premium" couches couldn't handle the daily use of a normal household. I regret every single penny spent on those abominations. And the cherry on top? I can't even return them because I'm not in South Africa anymore. Salute to Rochester for being absolute *******, robbing us blind without a hint of remorse.
