Disgruntled by Rochester

Good day, I bought a lounge suite worth R30, 000 in July 2019, 09 January 2020 I logged a complaint that they were no longer reclining and they only came to take them on 18 March 2020. I have since been logging calls to *** and *** to check when they will bring them back but none of my calls ever go through to their call center agents they're always on voicemail.. I am FED UP with Rochester and how they treat their CUSTOMERS. I will never purchase anything from this group again.
