Disgraceful service - Rochester

I had to click on a star before I could type here but if I could I would take that star away ! I have had the worst dealings with Rochester furniture in Bay West .. Port Elizabeth. We bought and paid for furniture and when it was delivered every item was damaged . We sent it straight back and were told that it would be sorted and replacement furniture would arrive the next week The furniture arrived again and every item was even worse than before We sent it back .. this happened in the middle of July 2024 and gosh what a battle to get my money back It took over 50 phone calls and 2 months to get my refund .. No apology no nothing .. absolutely useless! I will never recommend anyone to this store .. !
