Disasterious

<p>December 2015, I bought dining chairs and table from rocherster home decor. I complain about the chair that was piling off and after the chairs that were sinking. They send William to check the chairs, and he explain to us that they were made by the rubber and they are so expensive. I went back to the shop and explain to them that I'm not satiesfied about the whole issue. The thing is that the chairs look like the old ones, bought them 5 years ago and the matter they are still new even a year not yet completed. Pieter the sales person even the manager, he does not have a courtesy to the coustomer. I tried to explain to him that I don't feel my money, the best option is to give me my money back or do exchange. He told me that he still waiting the respond from head office in Johannesburg. Even today nothing happend. I tried to call, even go to the shop no different, left messages for him nothing happened. No call from him or email. I don't need this goods anymore. The frustration is that I don't owe them, mybe if i took the goods in account the matter will be considered. Is so nice when you bought something and enjoy it.</p>
