Disaster from Rochester

I bought a Charlie Town couch in March 2021 from them. Paid almost R10k. 3 months down the line the couch started tearing. The couch has already been for repairs 3 times. They agreed to exchanged the couch and then later said no my couch has been used already. Wow, trust them with the worse customer service.

Apart from the incompetency when it comes to staff and management and endless promises. I am still sitting on a couch that feels like its going to break any time.

That's Rochester for you....

Going forward I will rather support small black owned businesses!
