Disappointment on service from Rochester

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Rochester Parkview Branch. I have placed an order for a bedroom suite and paid the required deposit on 23 Sept. After several follow-up calls to the store from my side with several promises of them providing me with a written confirmation of my order being placed, no response is coming forth. I even contacted Rochester Head Office now and still no confirmation on my order being placed.
