Disappointment at 1st attempt to purchase

Pathetic customer service and non abiding to Covid19 regulations. My husband and I visited Rochester in Klerksdorp NW matlosana mall to check out their rugs. On arrival, the branch manager and other 3 staff in the store just watched us without offering to assist. One staff member sitting at the back showed us the rugs they had but not explaining that they are selling them direct from the floor. We paid for the one we liked, surprisingly the same rug was rolled and we were expected to take it as is, dirty, used and most of all, risky for COVID-19 as people have been walking in and out on it. Refused to take it, branch manager advised us to apply for a refund, she was not showing any remorse or respect towards, with a total bad attitude. We signed for a refund and still awaiting my money back in my account R1199. 00. Bad service at first hand, we saw some nice seaters in the store, but trust you me, I am never ever going to to spend my cent in that store, never.
