Disappointing services from Rochester

I am disappointed in the service received from Rochester. I purchased couches at Rochester for my mom’s new home in Pinetown. I told the colleagues that the house was still being renovated so the couches were left in the cover so as to protect them while we sort the painting of the new home. Today I unwrapped the couches only to find the couch had ripped. There was no one living in the house, it’s not possible that this could have been done by us at the house. I then called them only to be told of company policy, that I should have seen them sooner. At the end of the day I paid for these couches and this isn’t meeting my expectation.
