DISAPPOINTING SERVICE - NON DELIVERY OF GOODS

DISSAPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER. I purchased furniture from the store in Cornubia, Durban on 11th November 2019. The sales person was Sihle. Also present was Lisa who is the store manager. I purchased in cash two couches, a dining table, a bench and the four (4) scotch guarded dining room chairs I was informed that all the furniture would be delivered by the following week. I only received the two couches, the dining room table and the bench. I did not receive the four (4) scotch guarded dining room chairs. On numerous instances you delivered either three, or two chairs which I sent back, as the delivery was incomplete. In addition to this it was being delivered without being scotch guarded. I contacted your Cornubia store numerous times and spoke to Sihle and the manager , Lisa and both promised to deliver the four (4) chairs scotch guarded and a sotch guard certifiacte to be handed to him. To date he has not received it. Sihle and the manager never know what is going on and are disinterested in my concern. No one ever returns calls with any update. I escalated this complaint and also spoke to a lady from Cape Town who advised she would get to the bottom of it and have the chairs delivered by the end of the week being the 15th December 2019. This once again was not forthcoming. This has inconvenienced my family and I will no longer tolerate this service. On,16th December 2019 I spoke to Sihle and confirmed he will follow up with Lisa (his manager) and will have the chairs delivered by the 17th December 2019. I is extremely irate and disappointed with their service. I will not support a store who does not value me as a customer. I have expended an enormous amount of money at the store and your disinterest in his matter is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I certainly cannot be expected to wait any further to complete the set at your convenience. I have been extremely patient and this has been to my disadvantage. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
