Disappointing Service

I am really not shocked to see the service complaints about Rochester. I cannot even begin to imagine how long of a list they have regarding their service. We ordered a couch from them, which was meant to be delivered within 5-15 working days. Their online portal to track orders gave us no updates regarding It. We called in, their consultants reiterated the delivery period, we understood, but asked why we could not track it on our side. She said, she can see the order on their side, when it is ready, it will be delivered. We called again on 2020/09/14, a James Banda who sounded like he has no idea what he is doing, told us there is no such order on their side, that he will escalate the matter and we will be called with 24hrs. He had no sense of urgency in trying to assist us, bear in mind the order was placed online on 2020/08/26. We called again today, 2020/09/15, a Tshego Maunatlala(sp) traced the order for us, expressed apologies and said he would escalate with management, he mentioned that the 15 working days expires tomorrow, and that he’s shocked it has not left the warehouse. This is the kind of feedback we appreciated. As far as Rochester and my coins, that will NEVER happen again. Your service is very disappointing. I definitely would not recommend this brand to anyone.
