Disappointing Rochester

What a bad service I have received at Rochester woodmead. I purchased chairs January 24th. I was told that they will be delivered Tuesday 28th they never pitched I was then contacted again to arrange delivery for Thursday 30th once again the chairs never pitched, they did not bother to communicate with me until I decide to call them Friday 31st, I was promised that they will be delivered Sat 1st Feb, like I had thought the chairs are still not delivered. I once again waste my time and money and called the woodmead branch where I bought the chairs, Everytime I explain my issue they told me the line has problems, they asked me to drop the line and they will call me. 30 minutes later my phone has not been returned. I decide to call again, to my surprise this time the lady who was helping me drop the line on me when I asked her to check what is happening with my delivery on their system. She told me I was not helped by her, I asked her to check for me regardless who helped me and she dropped the call on me.
