Disappointing quality

Am deeply disappointed with a three seater sofa I bought from Rochester in October 2024 online.One side of the cushion seater sofa suddenly got deflated💔 and there was popping sound if lean-back against back of the sofa. This is just two months after receiving the sofa from Rochester. I sent Rochester an 📧 email on the 30th December 24. The following day I received an sms/email indicating that repair log and sent to JD services with this reference no SC-ROCH-***, i have followed up, with no clear way forward or response, am told that my enquiry is being escalated. It's the end of Jan 25 still no feedback. Yhuuu and I love my sofa so much.
