Disappointing customer service

It's been 2 months waiting for Rochester to deliver my headboards. I have called their customer service line on 3 occasions, where I've been told that the 'items are ready for collection and the delivery company will call me to arrange a date for delivery,' but it's been 3 weeks of this same story to date. I laid a complaint 2 weeks ago, but nothing has come of it. I am honestly disappointed and fed up with the customer service from Rochester as nothing comes of each phone call I make.
