Disappointed on the lack of service and there is no TRUTH !!!

I am very annoyed i have sent an email regarding being contacted and email response came from a Monwabisi Xakeka promising i would be contacted in 24 - 48 hours my email was sent on the Attachments Wed, Dec 11, 12:56 PM (7 days ago) with attachments and no 1 has called me till today its been 7 days why is that i have had a great relationship with you guys but have now crossed the line and if i am debited the wrong amount i will take action against you guys spoke to another lady this morning by the name of Portia when i called the *** number and that idiot gave me the wrong email like is this a way of preventing customers from being debited the wrongful amounts someone call me before the end of today i am very frustrated by the lack of Service it sucks !!!!
