Disappointed is an understatement

It saddens me to write this review because i trusted Rochester & i had hoped to return to purchase more beautiful furniture i had seen but sadly i will never purchase from the company nor refer them to f&f. I bought a set of lounge couches in September, first delivery went smoothly although the color seemed to looked different from the color we had seen in store & did not quite go with our house color scheme. Fine we decide we love the couches so much we’ll make it work. Up until a few weeks later i noted the couches had dirt marks on the back indicating that the couches had been collecting dust. I went back to the store to report which they agreed to collect the couches and ‘investigate’. The investigation took way over 3weeks which they had promised it would be resolved. To cut the story short, i had to beg, plead & scream basically act like a mad woman on Christmas Eve demanding my couches to be delivered before Christmas, that seemed to work as we had couches delivered to us before end of day. Only to return home to the same dirt marks. I messaged the regional manager immediately requesting a full refund and also emailed the local branch the pictures of the couches & requested a refund. A week later i still have had no response from any of them. I am slowly regaining energy to go back again & act like a mad woman in order for me to get my refund which probably also might take another year. Disappointed is an understatement!
