Disappointed customer

Bought a lounge suite at Greenacres mall,paid for delivery as I needed the legs to be assembled. .Before it was delivered I specifically asked the lady to organise someone who will be able to assemble it and they said they will do so.The suite was delivered on the 31st of July and the delivery guys said no one told them they needed to assemble anything and had no drill.15 days later my suite is still not assembled and is getting damaged,I have gone to the branch and called the customer care centre they have only been making promises to get back to me.To send someone and my FURNITURE IS STILL NOT ASSEMBLED,THE CUSTOMER CARE ALSO HAS POORLY MANNERED STUFF WHICH IS SO DISAPPOINTING!!!
