Disappointed client

I ordered a couch on the 18th of December 2023 and by the 4th of January 2024, the one leg of the couch was broken and it does not fit back...meaning no one can sit on the couch .

I logged a complaint in the 5th of January 2024, and to date...no one has addressed my complaint. Rochester does not take their clients seriously, but they are quick to deliver after placing an order.
