Disappointed

If you Are looking for a company with the worst after sales experience, look no further. I spent R15000 in cash for a damaged dining suite. It was promised to be replaced. It never happened. I went back and visited the store manager at the branch in Clearwater mall. She assured me it would be sorted out. They call me and ask to be at home as their delivery truck is on ist way with a replacement. I wait, nothing happens. I am then told the dining suite was damaged in transit. Numerous messages later, no feedback. I'm heading into month 3 with no news of anything. One would think when dealing with a company like them the service would be as high as their prices. Very disappointed.
