disappointed about the service

I brought couches with Rochester, I was super happy until the couches started unstitching. So I informed the store and I has told they would be collected which that toke place two weeks ago. I called the warehouse was informed that the supplier has to inform Rochester if the couches will be replaced or fixed. Until today no one has gotten back to me. I am truly sad and disappointed as am not receiving any feedback
