Disappointed

I bought a Leather lounge suite at Rochester end of August 2024 Few weeks later I noticed that the 3 seater was loosing some stitching at the bottom. I then informed the store and the 3 seater went in for repairs. It took a week and few days to return the sofa in a worse state then it was. The 2 seater and 1 seater is sagging and it must go in for uplifting I'm so terrified...
