Dirty lounge set from Rochester Cornubia

I bought Lounge set and bedroom suite from this shop and they delivered dirty lounge set all worth R75,670.00 from December I am begging them to collect their dirty lounge set and refund me R20,000 for the lounge set, but they don't wanna do it, they are ignoring me. I have photos if needed.
