Dinning table delivered with craked leg

I bough a dinning table at Rochester funiture at Matlosana Mall in Klerkdorp. My dining table was delivered with one cracked leg. I lodged a complain and it took so long for my complain to be registered. Next thing when they promised to bring new leg they came with the wrong leg again. Even today I an still waiting for it to be replaced. I wasted so much airtime calling them and their response is so slow. I have always thought they are professional people who take care of their customers but i think I was wrong. The service I received was so terrible
