Defective goods

My fiance recently bought a couch at Rochester wonderpark. He also got insurance since he was buying on credit. The couch arrived damaged.When we contact the store for assistance since the couch was not in good shape, they are dragging their feet and they are charging us 4000rand even though the damage was done by them and we have insurance for the products.
